Morning Classes
- Saturday Open Mat: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- A self-paced session for all experience levels to practice techniques and drills.
Afternoon & Evening Classes (Adult Programs)
Monday & Wednesday
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Muay Thai Fundamentals (Perfect for Beginners)
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Boxing Skills & Drills
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Advanced Sparring Session
Tuesday & Thursday
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Boxing Fundamentals (Perfect for Beginners)
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Muay Thai Skills & Drills
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: MMA (Mixed Martial Arts – Tuesday) / Kickboxing (Thursday)
Friday
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Open Gym
- Use this time for self-training, heavy bag work, or to drill techniques with a partner.
Kids Martial Arts Programs (Ages 6-12)
- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Spartan Kids Program)
- Our youth classes build fitness, focus, and confidence in a fun, safe environment.

A: Just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes. We have all the necessary gear, including gloves, available for you to borrow as a new student.
